We like to have our customers see any used equipment tested and working before purchase.
We do not offer a " WARRANTY" on used equipment. If we determine that a piece of equipment has failed, due to no fault of the customer's, we will normally allow the customer to return the item within a reasonable time period for a refund.
We can advise you on what equipment you will need to start your new restaurant. We have a knowledgeable staff with years of experience in the restaurant equipment industry who would be happy to help you strategize and/or form a list of necessary equipment to get you started.
While we are not architects, we have been in this industry for over forty years. We can offer advice on where to place key pieces of your kitchen based on your space and power needs.
We do not offer outside repair, but we can offer recommendations of honest and knowledgeable repair technicians.
