Frequently Asked Questions

We like to have our customer's see any used equipment tested for proper operation before they take their equipment with them so that they know they are buy a good piece of merchandise. 

We do not offer a " WARRANTY" on used equipment , however we want our customers to be treated the way we want to be treated " FAIRLY"  . If we determine that a piece of equipment has failed ,  do to no fault of the customer's , we normally will allow the customer to return that item within a reasonable time period for a refund. 

While we are not architects we have been in this industry for over forty years . We can offer advise on where to place key pieces of your kitchen based on you situation and power needs. 

While we do not offer outside repair we can offer recommendations of honest and knowledgeable repair technicians.
